Matt Anderson is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with over 22 years’ experience, based in Poole, Dorset. He trains his clients in The Gym on Nuffield Industrial Estate, which is easily reached from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wareham and the surrounding areas.
        Described as 'friendly, approachable and with excellent interpersonal skills,' the demand for Matt's talent as a PT is high.
